We are a busy veterinary clinic looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm welcome and ensure they are comfortable during their visit.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments and respond to emails.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and well-organized.
- Process payments, maintain financial records, and manage inventory.
- Communicate effectively with the veterinary team to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a veterinary clinic is an asset but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.

Fixed term, 10 months temp contract for maternity cover. Possibility of a permanent position at the end of the contract period but no guarantee.
