Warehouse Order Picker - Rotating

Culina Logistics is looking for motivated individuals to build a career within the chilled distribution industry. Culina Logistics is the leading 3rd Party Logistics business in the UK specialising in chilled warehousing, providing an excellent platform to food and drink manufacturers.

We are now recruiting for Warehouse Order Pickers to join our chilled distribution operation at our depot in Stafford.

Working in a fast paced environment, our Warehouse Order Pickers are responsible for the picking and dispatching of packaged chilled products to retailers nationwide. In this role you will be trained to use MHE equipment such as PPT and LLOP as part of our company induction, followed by thorough training on our picking procedure.

As a business, we pride ourselves on providing an excellent work life balance for our colleagues by operating on a 4 On 4 Off Shift Pattern. For this role, our shift pattern would cover both days and nights on a rotational basis;

• Week 1, 4 Days 7.00am to 7.00pm
• Week 2, 4 Nights 7.00pm to 7.00am

The salary for this role is £25,742.08 (£12.38 P/H) per annum, with overtime opportunities available. Overtime shifts are paid at time and a half (x1.5) of the standard hourly rate for each hour worked.

We are looking for applicants with a strong work ethic and real attention to detail, who want to build a career in logistics. Though previous experience working in a fast paced warehouse environment would be an advantage, this is not a requirement as full training will be given following the induction. Our roles are physical and based in a busy distribution centre, so colleagues will be constantly active throughout their working shift.
