Deputy Nursing Home Manager Overview:

On behalf of an innovative, passionate and care focused organisation, CureYourSearch are recruiting for a Deputy Manager / Deputy Nursing Home Manager for their mental health service based just outside of Ramsbottom, Lancashire.

We are looking for a strong Unit Manager / Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead to help drive the standards and quality assurance within the home.

My client is looking for a strong Deputy Nursing Home Manager / Clinical Lead / Unit Manager with excellent clinical knowledge.

Location of the Deputy Nursing Home Manager role:

The service can be accessible from Manchester, Preston, Greater Manchester, West Yorkshire, Huddersfield, Rochdale and Burnley and surrounding areas.

The Deputy Nursing Home Manager Candidate:

Must be nurse qualified

Experience of working mental health or EMI

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Good knowledge of CQC
