Are you a Registered Nursing Home Manager looking for challenging role in a supportive and collaborative environment providing high-quality care and support to Elderly with dementia, EMI needs? If so, Cureyoursearch have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading care provider in Borough of Wakefield in West Yorkshire.

This a great opportunity for an experienced registered nursing home manager to join the team. We are looking for a strong Manager to oversee the nursing home and delivery of the service. In this role, you will be responsible for:

· Ensuring that the service complies with all CQC regulations.

· Developing and implementing a quality assurance framework

· Managing the day-to-day operations of the service

· Recruiting and training staff

· Developing relationships with service users, their families and carers

Location of the Registered Nursing Home Manage role:

This nursing home can be accessible from Wakefield. Pontefract, Castleford, Leeds, South Elmsall, Knottingley and surrounding areas.

The Registered Nursing Home Manage Candidate:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role within the care sector

Experience in managing nursing care homes

Experience of working with elderly with dementia, EMI and complex needs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Excellent knowledge of CQC

The Registered Nursing Home Manage Package:

Salary up to £60,000 to £65,000 per annum
