Multi-Trade Operative (Empty Homes)

What you'll be doing
As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be responsible for completing all the necessary repairs in our vacant residential properties, alongside a mix of trade operatives, ensuring quality and safety for new customers who will be moving in.
You will work very closely with a team of trade operatives and colleagues from across the business, in particular our lettings team, ensuring a joined-up approach to void delivery and driving positive cross team relationships with an attitude to succeed.
At the same time, you will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same!
We will need to take up an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check for this role which we will do for you when you start.
