Brief description of the job

Shop

Converse with customers to identify their purchasing requirement and assist in locating desired items.

Provide customers with essential product information, as well as offering them a demonstration of product features.

Assist customers in locating the products and services they seek.

Dealing with customer complaints ands suggesting solutions

Attaching and updating pricing tags on merchandise

Handling returns and exchanges ensuring you are following the company return policy and procedures.

Monitor displayed products to facilitate replenishment of emptying rails and shelfing daily.

Processing cash payments and card transactions for the purchase of goods via our computerised system.

Stock rotation as when required.

New stock and inventory management and control.

Communicating payment and customer requests to the warehouse employee.

Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store, which includes polishing mopping and vacuuming

Work with companies following defined rules.

Warehouse

Stock takes to be completed weekly/monthly.

Labelling and moving goods in a warehouses

Picking, inspecting, and packing the requested online and live orders as per invoice

Labelling the completed parcels via our courier computerised system

Modelling on live shows, showcasing our range of goods.

Photo modelling of goods to use on our online website.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 - 40 per week

Salary: £9.00-£10.41 per hour

Experience:

• Retail sales: 2 years (required)
• customer service: 3 years (required)
