UK Graphic Designer

Job Description Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Creative Designer to join our central Brand design team to work on high-end collateral for the UK&I business. We are looking for a highly experienced, fresh and innovate creative thinker who can translate ideas into vibrant collateral and is responsible for developing compelling multi-media and multi-channel campaigns, whilst creating materials which leverage our brand story and reflect our clients’ journey.

Job Description

You will be working closely alongside other designers assisting in the creation of design and artwork for a variety of brand, print and digital design projects across both internal and external communications. We are looking for flexible design support to teams across the UK&I region, working directly with Head of Brand EMEA.

Core responsibilities:

  • Create high-end collateral for brand campaigns, multi-media design and events, offering advice and direction as a senior member of the team
  • Create and convey a story and interactive content that highlights the brand and captures the value of our broad range of solutions
  • Adheres to the brand, however, shows the ability to elevate the design further by using elements based on appropriate project/campaign requirements
  • Expertise in design and layout and being involved in the brainstorming and creative development of brand ‘themes’
  • Must be able to take-up, execute or oversee current projects as well as mentor fellow designers
  • Comfortable to liaise with Marketing Managers and Stakeholders across the UK&I business

Key skills and experience needed:

  • Creative and able to push design within the brand
  • Experience working in a team and in a fast-paced environment
  • Evidence of project management experience
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Advanced skills in video (editing, motion graphics) (After Effects + Premiere Pro)
  • HTML, evolving web standard skills and IT literacy
  • Knowledge of CEROS, Infogram and Biteable would be an advantage
  • Experience in 3D design software would be an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent
  • 6-8 years design experience in brand
  • A knowledge of the commercial property businesses is a plus
