Waiter/Waitress

We are looking for a punctual & reliable person to join our fantastic team. Your job is to provide exceptional customer service whilst performing your regular duties, as well as assisting fellow waiting staff. You must thrive in a fast paced environment, as the restaurant is based in a busy hotel open all year round. You can usually expect to work morning and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as per rota.

• Informing guests of the day’s special
• Taking orders from their tables
• Communicate with the kitchen staff to place orders
• Ensure any dietary requirements are met & the chefs are fully aware of them
