Job Description
Groundworker required for ongoing work in Stokesley on a new build housing site
Role will be follow a programme of works to ensure houses are ready for handover. This is a mixture of groundworks duties including flagging & paving, snagging works & reinstating.
This will be will be a customer facing role - dealing with the new home owners, potential buyers & site management
- Rate is negotiable phr and can be paid CIS, umbrella or PAYE
- 39 hours minimum
- Ongoing work available (12 weeks+)
- Plant tickets are desired but not essential
