We are looking for 35hr Senior Care Assistant to work as part of our team within our luxurious residential home. You are required to hold a level 3 in health and social care or willing to work towards this diploma.
· 1 years relative experience in care environment.
· Flexible to the needs of the Home.
· Good communication skills.
· Good Team work & Organisation skills.
· Good and Clear Leadership and Management skills.
· Understanding to the care needs of residents within Darwin House.
· Understanding of Rota systems and covering of shifts.
· Responsible of shift management and the running of the home in the absence of the home manager and deputy manager.
· Undertake some Management tasks as required.
· Supervision of staff.
· Knowledge in administering medication.
