Daybreak-Oxford is a 30-year old charity in Oxford. We have customer-centric, fun, and professional. We provide exceptional day respite to people living with dementia. We have three-day centres, in the Oxford area, where our members enjoy daily support provided by outstanding staff.

Main Responsibilities
- To coordinate and supervise staff including catering staff and volunteers.
- Facilitate the smooth and successful running of the day centre.
- Ensure that activities are varied and appropriate.
- To manage the financial and administrative procedures of the club.
- Report regularly on the operation of the centre to the CEO and ensure he/she is fully aware of any issues that may impact on the running of the centre.
- Ensure compliance with statutory Health, Safety and Insurance requirements, by implementing Daybreak’s policies and procedures.
- Complete individual client wellness and satisfaction reporting
- Manage client registration and inform agencies when vacancies arise.
- Ensure clients receive support with mobility, toileting, eating and drinking, as needed.
- Organise the provision of healthy meals and any First Aid required
- Organise a range of activities, entertainment, appropriate for the clients’.
- To participate in or lead activities as appropriate
- Manage and maintain up-to-date and accurate records
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 21-35 per week
Salary: From £13.05 per hour
