What you’ll do at Deel:

  • Use advanced statistics and machine learning algorithms to analyze data for insights and predictions

  • Identify and interpret trends and patterns via NLP for large and varied datasets

  • Identify opportunities to build and deploy predictive analytics

  • Design, develop, and continuously optimize reporting and dashboard solutions that meet business needs and requirements

  • Develop and maintain documentation of schedules regarding data audits, reporting, and integrations data transfers

  • Orchestrate expert-level data visualizations and presentations that translate technical outputs to convey a clear, compelling story and provide actionable insights to various business partners to help achieve business objectives

  • Act as point of contact for all global teams for all matters regarding People Analytics

  • Promote and facilitate the development of self-service capabilities for the Business Units for the access of analytics and reporting

Qualifications:

  • English fluency - conversational and professional writing

  • 4+ years of experience in an analytics role (People or Recruiting Analytics function preferred but not required)

  • 2+ years of project management experience

  • Strong experience in data preparation for system migrations and M&A activity

  • Knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security preferred

  • Strong understanding of GDPR data compliance

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills for data visualization and storytelling efforts that translate into digestible insights and actionable recommendations

  • Advanced SQL or equivalent skills relating to scalable data transformation

  • Experienced in developing reporting and dashboards with BI tools such as Looker or similar

  • Experienced in regression analysis and other statistical modeling techniques

  • Ability to partner, collaborate with, and influence relevant stakeholders across diverse functions and experience levels

  • Strong independent judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills required to anticipate and respond to emerging challenges
