Concessions Supervisor, Emirates Stadium

Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time Concessions Supervisor at Emirates Stadium in London. As Concessions Supervisor, you will ensure the successful operations of concessions through effective leadership of the concessions managers and casual support team. You will drive the daily operations and lead by example, engaging all stakeholders through professional management and regular communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and breakdown of all concession kiosks and units.
• Manage a team of team leaders and frontline workers.
• Book and load shifts to the TimeTarget system to agreed labour budget. Authorise TimeTarget system by payroll deadlines.
• Manage event day stock distribution. Ensure stock takes are completed.
• Serve as concessions contact for all maintenance issues.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of all concessions team members to drive a culture of high performance where guest service is top priority.
• Build strong relationships with senior business leaders and provide administrative assistance when needed.
• Ensure that the operation is in accordance with current practice, management, and measurement of all areas of responsibility including health & safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards.

Qualifications

• A Levels or 3+ years’ experience required.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene required.
• Computer literacy skills required.
• A people person with excellent communication skills and a passion for excellent and consistent service delivery.
