HR Services are looking for a Senior Assistant to help support our customers with incoming queries via phone email and webchat, and administrative activities surrounding business requirements and their roles as leaders. Partner Helpdesk and Partner Support Services are specialist teams within our HR Services function. Our responsibilities include coverage of a range of services for our partners covering the helpdesk and administration processes.

Your role will involve supporting Partners, their EA’s and the wider business through a variety of activities, ranging from queries about people to finance and everything in between. The customer is at the heart of everything we do with us aiming to support them with queries, life events and regulatory requirements. We support strategic initiatives through collaboration with other areas of the business as well as a strong approach to continuous service improvement, enhancing the effectiveness of how we work.

The Partner community are an integral, high profile customer group and require a bespoke, specialized service which require us to go above and beyond and to be prepared for a variety of queries, challenges and opportunities. Be prepared to tap into your analytical, problem-solving mind and don’t be afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo. Confident in supporting our customer base through a multi-channel functionality – you can trust that no two days will ever be the same as you support and add value to our very busy team by:

  • Supporting HR and Finance queries with end to end case management
  • Delivery of processes supporting our partner groups optional benefits and adhering to regulatory requirements
  • Managing stakeholder and customer expectations whilst building trusted relationships with HR Services peers and colleagues and other Deloitte teams as appropriate, supporting other teams as needed
  • Effectively delivering cross team collaboration in order to produce a seamless customer experience and service
  • Escalate complex queries in a timely and efficient manner, taking accountability for updating our customer base with progress and appropriate resolution
  • Be a champion for service improvement and high-quality service delivery, working collaboratively with colleagues and sharing knowledge with the wider team and appropriate internal sources
