Part Time Print Studio Administration Assistant

The Role

Reporting to the Printing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Product Creation Team with any administration duties related to processing our Limited Editions.

This is a part time role and we require the successful candidate to be able to work 24 hours over 5 days. i.e Monday to Friday: 10am – 2pm.

Duties will include:

• Ordering Print studio supplies (paint, paper etc)
• Liaising with artists for signing availability.
• Checking and booking in purchased limited editions.
• Assigning a barcode and certificate of authenticity to every piece of limited print.
• Assigning an edition number to limited editions.
• Preparing new stock for up coming releases.
• Invoicing artwork.
• Sending replacements certificates to customers.
• Liaising with other departments for stock availability.

Requirements

• Good IT / Computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail skills.
• Administration experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Team player as there will be ad hoc duties that you may pick up to assist the department.
