Position Overview & Specifications

Location: Based in Ruthin / Remote home working

Salary: Grade 5, £23,620 - £25,878

Hours: 37 per week

Contract: Permanent

About the role:

Our HR department are looking for an experienced and proactive administrator to join us to assist with day to day administration duties within our HR Assistant team. Using your excellent communication and organisational skills you will liaise with services across the council. This is the chance to take the next step of your career within HR, whilst expanding on your existing experience of working within a professional office environment.

You will assist our Specialists and Business Partners in providing advice and guidance for employees and managers on all aspects of Human Resources, and use various CRM and ICT systems to provide a streamlined, effective HR provision for the Council. With this in mind, it is essential you have strong ICT skills and knowledge of using computerised systems.
