Fashion Accessories Designer and Developer

Dents was established in 1777 and enjoys a worldwide reputation for designing fine accessories and gifts for men and women, many of which are handmade from luxury leathers and fabrics of the highest quality.

We are looking for an experienced designer with a keen eye for design, to work within our buying & design team, to help create a highly commercial and innovative collection of accessories.

Working within our design team you will be able to utilise your skills within this role, along with exciting responsibilities to bring your own thoughts and ideas.

Duties will include:

· Designing merchandise from the creation of story boards and factory specifications through to sample stage

· Daily liaison with supply factories through non-verbal communication

· Progressing samples to final stage sign off

· Producing product and packaging design specifications using Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

· Price negotiation with our supplier and clients

· Pre-season sales analysis and market place/competitor research

· Conducting PR operations, organising loans to brands such as Vogue, Tatler and exciting array of celebrities

· Meeting with clients to discuss and present new collections

The position offers a great opportunity for an experienced fashion designer who will utilise their experience within our prestigious luxury fashion accessory brand.

Salary – Dependent upon experience

Hours of work – 8:30 – 16:30 - Monday to Friday with 30-minute unpaid lunch break with two 15-minute breaks (no weekends)
