Client Accountant - Hampton Hill

Burlington Estates is our specialist Block Management business and due to continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Property Client Accountant to join this exciting team.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
Location: Hampton Hill

Key Responsibilities:
- Input service charge budgets and raise charges and demands (when required).
- Dealing with lessees and clients queries.
- Processing supplier invoices.
- Dealing with refund requests.
- Prepare service charge year-end reports and documents within the agreed time frame.
- Agreeing the system to the final accounts and carry out close off year-end routine on QUBE.
- Ensuring that the Statutory accounts are filed on time.
- Quarterly / monthly variance reports to clients within the agreed time frame.
- Quarterly Ground Rent statements within the agreed time frame.
- Dealing with other managing agents on new and lost managements.
- To investigate historical issues when required.
- To agree accounts with QUBE with a view of using QUBE to produce trial balance.
- Able to deal with multi schedules or mixed-use service charges.
- Providing support to Property managers.

Requirements & Skills:
- Qube proficient.
- Excellent knowledge of excel.
- Diligent, motivated and enthusiastic.
- Effective communication skills.
- 1-2 years working in property industry.
- Able to work in line with our Winning Ways.
- Has a professional approach, demonstrating high levels of integrity.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Organised, with a flexible approach to a varied workload.
- Confident, with excellent communication skills, using the telephone as first point of contact.
- Able to demonstrate initiative along with a ‘can do’ approach.
- Enthusiastic, ‘Nothing is too much trouble’ attitude.
