Position: Transport Clerk
Location: Livingston (EH54 8AS)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift pattern: Any 5 from 7, rotating day (6am - 2pm) and afternoon (2pm - 10pm) shift

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Carrying out driver briefings and debriefings
  • Ensuring all drivers are legally compliant
  • Liaising with drivers to communicate their rota's, routes and deal with any issues
  • Communicating with vendors regarding collections
  • Dealing with customer queries and delivery points regarding bookings

  • Previous experience working within a transport environment is desirable
  • Strong administration experience from working in a similar role
  • IT Literate - with experience using Microsoft programs, such as Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
