Role

The Senior Performance Lead will lead the performance team and be responsible for the day to day management of client accounts and Owlee’s digital campaigns, across Paid Social & Paid Search, ensuring team members are executing and delivering according to defined goals. Excellent managerial skills are crucial for this role

• Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for clients across multiple media – paid search and social platforms
• Lead the current performance team of 4 with a scope to grow the team
• Exploring, testing and scaling new digital channels to complement the existing core channels (Meta/Google).
• Troubleshoot, problem solve, and find creative solutions to client-specific needs
• Work alongside the sales team to create proposals for clients
• Deliver a weekly/monthly report on client accounts and attend client meetings.
• Take lead on client comms
• Take lead on keyword and creative research to ensure for the seamless execution of campaigns
• Optimise campaigns to maximise cost efficiency (age, gender, creative iteration, location)
• Be involved in advising in all things post click related (landing page experience etc)

Requirements:

• 5+ Years minimum experience with proven managerial background.
• Strong eCom background with knowledge of shopify
• Expert knowledge in Facebook Ads & Instagram (Meta) - (priority)
• Agency Experience is a plus
• Strong Analytical Background
• Strong communicative skill (this role would encompass some client comms)
• Advanced Knowledge of Google Ads and experience working across other paid channels
• Google Analytics and GTM experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £65,000.00 per year
