Job Purpose:
You’ll be working within a fast-paced Service Desk environment, answering calls, logging and taking ownership of tickets from inception to resolution.

To be successful in this role you must have experience in the following:

• Ideally, at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ensure all incidents, change requests, and activities are logged appropriately within the help-desk system
• Demonstrating a keen interest in developing your cloud technology knowledge and willing for new opportunities as they arise.
