Head of Finance

Role: Head of Finance
Salary: Up to £70,000pa
Location UK, Fully Remote

A leading GiS and SaaS technology provider, which is used in over 100 countries, are now looking to hire a Head of Finance on a 9-month FTC.

Their clients include globally known Events & Sports organisations such as the IOC, FIFA, and UEFA. The company is now partnered with Intel and AWS so an opportunity to work on some of the most advanced developments in the GiS mapping and digital twin space.

This company is in the process of finalising Series B funding and this role is one of the
first hires of their next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain existing financial models (gSheets) to support business decisions, including revenue projections, cost analysis, and cash flow forecasting.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to the

executive team.

• Oversee BillingOps through Chargebee Subscription management platform.
• Manage the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, including monthly and quarterly financial statements, variance analysis, and key metrics reporting.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the executive team and other departments as

needed.

• Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risk and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
• Oversee Expenses including Wellness and Productivity allowance as well as Central HR

functions (HR, Legal.)

Have you worked within a SAAS company and have a proven track record of managing account operations? Do you hold a relevant accounting qualification? All candidates applying must be comfortable in working within a fast-paced, rapidly growing SME environment, working to fluid processes and a reactive workflow. Ideally, I am looking for someone with Salesforce and Chargebee experience, however, if you tick all the other boxes bar these, I’d still love to talk with you!
