<br>Who will I be supporting?

<br><br>

You will be supporting 3 gentlemen and 2 ladies with learning disabilities and autism to live independently.

<br>They love train watching, art, sensory activities (sand, slime), going to the cinema and the occasional swim.

<br>What will I be doing?

<br><br>

You will be supporting them to live their lives how they choose, to be themselves and to achieve their goals

<br>You will also be supporting them with their food shopping, paying bills, and domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry

<br>This role will also involve administering medication and providing full personal care.

<br>What shifts are available?

<br><br>

We currently we provide support through 24-hour shifts starting at 10am one day and finishing at 10am the following day with a sleepover included.

<br>There are also some day shifts from 7.30am-9.30pm

<br>Shorter shifts are also available so colleagues will need to be flexible and available for all shifts

<br>Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work life balance - something we're very passionate about!
