What you need

• Must be willing to travel or live in the area
• Previous Experience Helpful
• DBS Helpful

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, have excellent communication skills and be able to prioritise effectively in order to provide the highest standards of care.

The position is based at one clients home for the full shift, this is not a community care role with numerous clients throughout the day.
