Production Operative

Hours and Pay

£11 per hour with a review after 3 month probationary period.

Monday to Friday on a rotation

WEEK 1: 6am till 2pm

WEEK 2: 2pm till 10pm

This role requires:

• a positive, flexible & co-operative attitude
• the ability to follow clear instructions
• the ability to work effectively as part of a small team
• willingness to learn new skills and move between teams
• enjoying physical work with some lifting
• handling product with care to avoid damage
• using some common hand tools (combi drills, impact drivers etc)
• following Standard Operating Procedures where applicable
• being tidy and organised to ensure a safe, efficient workspace
• adhering to all HSE policies & guidelines
• communicating effectively with supervisor and colleagues
