Remote Kitchen Planner

You will be working a 4 on 4 off shift.

Week 1: 8am till 6pm

Week 2: 11am till 9pm

Main Responsibilities

• Using our very own 3D planning software to help customers with their own online designs, making them feel at ease and offering guidance they require to create their dream kitchen.
• Checking over 50 kitchens plans
• Answering general and kitchen specific enquires through various communication channels
• Provide exceptional customer support to give the customers a fantastic buying experience

About you:

• You must have experience within the kitchen industry
• Must have excellent time management
• Be customer focused
• Able to work well within a team and individually
• Confident IT Skills - able to navigate through various computer systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Be able to communicate in a confident, clear, and friendly manner
• The ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility towards working hours as overtime may be required on some days
• Positive attitude towards work
