Trainee Care Manager £22K - Free Training

Due to the extension of our 14 years old company, we are looking for a kind hearted Trainee Care Manager. We are an Investors in People company. You will be working and supporting Care Support workers, who have kind hearts as they look after vulnerable adults, with complex healthcare issues.

Working in HQ based in Birmingham Perry Barr, from time to time visiting units (bungalows and houses) located in Great Barr, Hall Green, Harborne, Erdington, Sutton Coldfield.

Trainee Care Manager Job Requirements:

* Working with adults with learning disabilities / challenging behaviour

* Previous experience within a management role

* Flexibility to actively list to Clients and staff alike

* Professional approach using technology to reduce waste

* Car driver, with a current full UK driving license.

* Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or above

* Be able to meet the requirements of CQC regulations

* Possible on-call support may be required
