THE GIG

Working as part of the Digital Trade and VM team, you will be responsible for the contributing to trading performance and online visual merchandising of your categories alongside your Trade & VM Lead, ensuring that online sales and conversion opportunities are always maximised across the EMEA websites. We’re looking for new members for our trading team to support our strong Digital growth plans, who have enthusiasm for the brand and a commercially driven mindset.

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

VISUAL MERCHANDISING

  • You will action the day-to-day VM activity online, ensuring that products are merchandised to a high standard factoring in sales, stock and newness launches.
  • You will own the setup of the online product catalogue, working alongside your Category & VM Leads, ensuring all products are optimised with stock ahead of launch and enriched to include pricing, attributing, descriptions, imagery and videos, keeping SEO front of mind.
  • You will build on the merchandising catalogue, creating new product listing pages and suggesting opportunities for capturing trends and SEO terms.
  • You will work alongside your Trade & VM Leads, Store VM, Merchandising, CRM, Content, Paid Social and publishing teams to ensure all products, assets and links are provided within briefs in a timely manner and merchandised to a high standard.
  • You will own the Digital Range Plan, keeping this up to date with relevant launches by market.

TRADE

  • You will prepare and present weekly and ad hoc trading information to the team, identifying any trading related actions.
  • You will own and update the trade calendar in accordance with regional trading events and product launches.
  • You will pro-actively work with the DTC merchandising teams to ensure stock opportunities are maximised for the Digital Channel.
  • You will work alongside Trade & VM Leads to ensure all creative and assets are briefed ahead of season, ensuring to capture nuances by market.
  • You will monitor trade for regional websites as well as customer feedback and reviews for your category, making recommendations and spotting any missed opportunities alongside your Trade & VM Lead.
  • You will assist in the setup of trading events and promotional activities.
  • You will be a point of contact for Customer Services for any ad hoc product queries.
  • You will act as a trade sponsor for an EMEA locale, working alongside key stakeholders as a trade representative for that region to drive digital growth.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Trade driven commercial mindset, with a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Comprehensive attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Ecommerce Platforms and VM tools beneficial but not essential.
  • HTML knowledge beneficial but not essential.
