We are currently recruiting for Dustcart Loaders for our client based in Great Dunmow on an ongoing temporary basis. It’s important to highlight that for the right candidate there is a strong possibility that this role could lead to a permanent position!

We are interested in hearing from candidates who are available immediately, are happy to work outside in all weathers, and are happy to complete tasks that involve lots of manual handling as a refuse loader.

As a Dustcart Loader you will be required to prep the collection of the waste ahead of the vehicle and load the Bin Lorry on each round.

The ideal candidate will be physically fit as the role will involve lots of walking, vehicle loading, lifting heavy sacks and pushing/pulling loaded wheeled bins/containers.

Candidates will also need to offer excellent team player skills, a strong work ethic and reliability.

Working hours:

Tuesday to Friday

7am start

Hourly rate:

INC Holiday: £11.20 *

EXC Holiday: £10

PAYE

Weekly pay

Minimum 9.25 hours pay per day!!
