Zone Manager

Responsibilities will include:

• Plan to succeed – ensure that the Zone is capable of delivering the businesses requirements at all times
• Work with Shift Managers to understand service level for Zone and create plans for continuous improvement
• Ensure that house-keeping standards are maintained to a high standard
• Lead – every moment of every day, motivate, reward and engage your team
• Ensure that the team have clear direction and are fully engaged in delivering the businesses objectives
• Engage with the team by developing and continuously improving communication, team building, training and the people plan
• Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and embraced
• Manage the Zone like it’s your own business
• Has a “Can do” mentality which makes challenges, opportunities
• Drive a continuous improvement plan which delivers results and supports a change culture
