E3 is seeking motivated, friendly, and dynamic team players to join a Leamington-based Cannabis Company within their manufacturing department. The processing team handles many functions; packaging, sorting, quality, labelling, toting, etc.

We are looking for new team members that are comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, to ensure success on quality parameters and targets.

We are seeking individuals that are interested in the following:

Able to work well both independently and as a team member
Adhere to all safety and processing procedures while maintaining a clean and safe workplace
Confirm lot identification and reconcile inventory input and output during the production process.
Thoroughly inspect in-process cannabis to identify and remove product or material that does not meet applied quality specifications
Ensure accuracy in data entry of weights using scanner guns and written completion of production records.
Confirm final product labelling and inventory reconciliation
Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
Ability to work with their hands with small dexterity and fast pace

Shifts Available: Continental – DAYS & MIDNIGHTS

Requirements:

Desire to learn, adapt and work in a team setting
Safety Shoes
Clear Background Clearance required
Ability to wear a mask for 12+ hour shift
Reliable transportation as it is located in Leamington Ontario
Experience working in a fast pace setting
Ability to use small tools, inspect, lift, twist, and multitask
