Job Title: Senior Designer
Reports to: Head of Demand Generation
Location: London - Hybrid 3 days from office and 2 days from home

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a highly creative Senior Designer to help us evolve while still staying true to our creative spirit. We are seeking someone who is overflowing with design ideas and can push our existing design to the next level in a way that resonates with our multiple audiences while maintaining a strong brand identity.

Your design work must set a high bar, and act as an example that other designers want to follow. You are constantly pushing the boundaries of creativity, and always looking for opportunities for provocative collaborations between design disciplines at Easyship. You will be a Brand Guardian of our design system, and stretch, pull, and systemize our elements in order to stay ahead. Design and Typography is your passion and you can talk Brand Design in your sleep. You will also be overseeing the execution of all creative work across fellow marketing designers and freelancers, ensuring it is produced on time to the highest possible quality standards. You are a confident, articulate creative with strong attention to detail, you provide forthright, daily feedback and guidelines to creative partners to bring our campaigns to life.

What you'll do:

• Responsible for the conceptual and visual design development, aesthetic exploration, branded site design, social media content creation, and the overall customer experience and final execution of design directions for all print and digital assets across the organization.
• Create powerful, on-brand website and social media experiences, email, and other digital creative to support merchant and business needs using strong design and typography skills.
• Be responsible for the creative success of medium-sized to large projects (start to finish) – often more than one at the same time, day-to-day.
• Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary design teams to build systemic branding solutions.
• Find opportunities for unexpected collaborations between design disciplines at Easyship, as well as external.
• Ensure all final design deliverables for a project are pixel-perfect.
• Consistently research current design and graphic trends in fashion, design, and marketing to strategically apply to the Easyship Brand.

Who you are:

• 3+ years experience in agency / in house creative teams
• Experience working and communicating directly with marketing partners
• Expert level knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
• A portfolio demonstrating in-depth experience with campaign and brand development
• A strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
• Flexibility and adaptability in working in a high volume and fast paced work environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong prioritizing, problem-solving, presentation, project management & planning skills.
