We are currently looking for an Night Care Assistant, to join our team. Care Assistants must be responsive to the individual needs of residents and will provide the appropriate degree of care to assure the highest possible quality of life within the Home; to do this the individual needs to be highly motivated, flexible and be a team player.

Job Overview

l To provide care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards under the direction of the Senior Carer

l To support and enable Service Users to maintain skills and personal interests whilst delivering person-centred care unique to each individual

l To maintain skills at a current level, undertake such training and development as required from time-to-time to maintain and progress knowledge

Job Title: Night Care Assistant

Hours Per Week: 24 - 48 hours Permanent.

Range of Hours: Nights .

Qualifications: Level 2 Health and Social Care Level 2 Dementia Awareness Level 2 Safe Handling of Medication

Salary/Wages: Meets National Living Wage.
