Property Manager - Maternity Cover

Edward Mellor Estate Agents are recruiting for a Property Manager to join our thriving Property Management department in the Stockport Head Office. This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave, however, there is the possibility of the role becoming permanent for the right candidate.

The experience of our clients is of the upmost importance to us and so we are looking for candidates who too have the same desire to provide exceptional levels of service to their customer.

This role is not just about the processing of day to day tenancy related matters, but really building solid relationships with your customer to fully understand their needs and provide a personal and tailor-made service. You will treat your portfolio of approx 150 properties as your own business and will be responsible for all maintenance, renewals, deposits, legal matters, re-lets, portfolio income and portfolio growth, whilst ensuring all SLAs are met. Experience in a full 360 role is absolutely essential, ideally at a senior level, with experience of serving S21, S8, S13, S47/48, and with an ARLA qualification or working towards.
