Content Writer

Responsibilities:

• Create SEO friendly web content.
• Photographing, Videoing and editing all property videos & photographs
• Produce social media videography, including reels, Tiktoks & Youtube/Instagram
• Growing our social media footprint & online presence
• Grow our physical presence & brand in the local area.
• Create content that is legally compliant and avoid breaking the law.
• Create content that is not plagiarised or infringes on any copyrights.
• Merge and edit images into web content to create a compelling, visual experience for the reader.
• Create content in a timely manner, meet deadlines.
• Follow editorial style guidelines and best practices.
• Provide clear and precise instructions on how to execute tasks.

Ideal Candidate

• A desire for all things marketing and an urge to assist grwoing our bsuiness digitally
• Strong work ethic
• Confident across all types of social media and digital platforms, as well as keeping upto date with latest trends
• Attention to detail & a desire to keep growing, learning and improving.
• Will require a Camera for Photography and Videography
• Video Editing Skills
