We have an exceptional opportunity for a technical leader with exceptional skills in enterprise architecture and solution delivery.
We need someone who is dynamic, experienced, and has a track record of success in the insurance industry. As our Enterprise Architect, you will take an active leadership role in engagements with insurance clients, providing expert guidance and insight into the technical aspects of their projects.
The successful candidate will be an exceptional communicator, with excellent consultative skills and the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels. You'll be able to bring your breadth and length of experience to bear, reviewing architectures and making opinionated recommendations on how business outcomes can be realized. You'll also be a creative problem solver who can work to tough deadlines.
In this role, you'll need to be confident engaging in a range of conversations with senior client management and staff, leading discussions, workshops, and interviews. You'll also have the technical ability to architect and design complex enterprise solutions. You'll be involved in all phases of the delivery lifecycle, from proof-of-concept development to troubleshooting large-scale implementations.

Requirements
Your remit will involve working with Endava and client architects to analyse and refine architecture outputs, translating customer business goals into technology roadmaps, shaping project scope and technical approach, reviewing and proposing improvements to customer solutions, and helping with strategic engagements.
The core competencies include experience in enterprise architecture within the insurance industry, working with architecture and agile teams, aligning technology with business strategy, and a good understanding of agile delivery models.
Technical competencies include experience in multiple technology areas such as Java, .Net, Cloud, DevOps, and data/security, as well as modern software development practices and architectural styles such as microservices, event-driven architectures, and data mesh.
