Seven League provides Consultancy and Agency services to accelerate the digital performance of the biggest names in sport. We create and execute strategy, produce engaging content, improve the use of social media and can help you deliver against your wider business objectives. We build teams and select the best technology partners to improve the way digital is used to engage and inspire fans, build brand profile and generate revenue.Endeavor is a global sports and entertainment company, home to the world’s most dynamic and engaging storytellers, brands, live events and experiences. The company is comprised of industry leaders including entertainment agency WME; sports, fashion, events and media company IMG; and premier mixed martial arts organization UFC. The Endeavor network specializes in talent representation, sports operations & advisory, event & experiences management, media production & distribution, experiential marketing and brand licensing.

• Supporting clients with planning and implementing social media campaigns
• Briefing and managing social media community managers in multiple countries
• Managing content production including working with graphic designers and video editors
• Social media content planning and evaluation including KPI tracking
• The creation & managements of paid media campaigns (Facebook, Twitter and Google)
• Audience and market research (primarily desk research using sources provided by the company)
• Resource planning, project management and milestone tracking
• Online and offline digital marketing (including basic SEO of content)
• Data analysis and website analytics reporting
• General administration
• Writing reports
• Understanding the latest digital trends, and reporting this back to the wider team
• Assisting in business development processes, including research, analysis, funnel management and pitching
• When needed, there will be weekend and evening work required
• Other additional responsibilities as required

• A proven interest in digital content or marketing
• A keen understanding of commercial, social media and design
• A love of technology and an aptitude for technical exploration
• An interest in sport and its ability to positively impact society
• The emotional intelligence to make a good account manager who works with a wide range of high-profile clients
• Hard working, flexible and adaptable

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels and, when necessary, present
• Experience of social media and a perspective on the social and media impacts of all leading western platforms
• Experience of digital marketing channels is beneficial – this could be from previous full-time roles or from passion projects (e.g. personal podcasts, blogs, social media channels, websites and apps, content production or commercial)
• Previous experience in client facing roles or experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders within an organization
• Experience of content planning, production and publishing
• Good editorial judgement, in terms of knowing what digital content is good and why
• Ability to learn new skills and share knowledge
• Organised and an ability to meet fixed deadlines
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• Experience of content creation and management
• Highly numerate with good experience of using spreadsheets to understand and manipulate data
• Experience using analytics platforms (Google, Facebook, Twitter)
• Experience of running social media channels or websites
• Understanding of social media and its uses, with an appreciation of marketing, audience segmentation, profiling, and content targeting
• Experience, or a solid understanding, of Twitch as a platform

• This is a permanent position.
• Please note this role will be based at our offices in Islington, London.
• Working hours are 9:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriate
• May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings
• Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule
• Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate
