Are you an experienced business professional or project manager looking for a role that excites you and provides you with the opportunity to lead and control projects?

If so, this role could be the next step in your career to an Executive role. You’ll be joining a highly successful global entrepreneurial business in Glasgow, supporting the CEO and working with the team, and will be a driver for the future plans of the business.
You will be:
- Able to analyse, interpret and understand data
- Able to move the needle and make things happen
- Able to manage the CEO’s tasks and project workflows and ensure timely updates are being provided
- Able to manage timelines, ensuring deadlines are met
- Excellent in managing stakeholders both internally and externally
- Adept at the preparation of proposals and documents proof-reading and formatting
- Able to handle multiple projects at any one time and enjoy being a real lynch pin
- Highly organised and focussed
- Driven and able to push through projects from start to finish
- Proactive and a real problem solver
- Able to use your judgement to make great decisions
- Confident and engaging.
You will have:
- Excellent IT skills that enable you to assimilate information and learn quickly
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Business commerciality with the ability to handle highly confidential information
- Worked within a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a commercial, leadership or project management role
- Degree level or equivalent qualification
