X3 Civil / Structural Engineers

The key responsibilities of the role are:

• Carry out civil and structural design work in line with client and project requirements. Design work will be carried out from initial concept work through to detailed design and build.
• Carry out site surveys and client visits as required to assess the needs of the project, develop scope of works and integrate with other teams.
• Work alongside other disciplines to develop the design in keeping with the needs of other services and equipment.
• Work closely with both client teams and sub-contractors / main contractors.

For Contractors –

We will be offering industry leading rates of pay – dependent on experience. The role has been assessed as ‘outside IR35’ for Ltd company workers but we can also accommodate PAYE or Umbrella workers. This will be a long-term assignment which can lead onto further projects for the right people.

What we are looking for in you –

• Degree qualified, preferably with chartered status.
• 7+ years’ experience within civil / structural design.
• Experience of site surveys and client interaction.
• Experience of working within chemical, oil & gas or process sectors would be preferable but not essential, as would top tier COMAH knowledge.
