Position Overview & Specifications

Your mission:


We are offering a unique opportunity for a Project Manager with experience in leading and managing HR change projects to join our dynamic EMEAR HR Specialist team.

This position will manage - and upon request lead - the project initiation, planning and communication efforts required for the successful development and implementation of key HR change projects.
The Project Manager will also coordinate and effectively communicate all efforts and successfully plan, monitor, and execute identified HR projects ensuring schedule, budget, and quality standards are met.


What you will do:

  • Implementing, monitoring, and delivering EMEAR wide projects, establishing the project organisation, and supervising project teams (including third parties when necessary), to ensure project objectives are realised - including cost, quality, time and communication
  • Project Initiation: Facilitate initial requirements workshops, identify resource requirements and define project roles and responsibilities. Produce detailed project documentation including financial impact and ROI, to be presented to the project review board for approval
  • Project Planning: Create project plans in consultation with key stakeholders. Establish project planning and tracking methodologies including the development of a project reporting dashboard to cover agreed KPIs including status updates, benefits, financial reporting, risks / issues and mitigations, and resource capacity
  • Project Execution: Organising and chairing project status and governance meetings, monitoring of critical path and milestones, risks and issues, and escalations as required. Actions tracking and completion, and submission of regular reporting to the HR leadership team. Ensuring the project team is supervised and resourced effectively to guarantee realisation of the project objectives
  • Project Completion: Testing the project results against the project plan and closing the project with the agreement of key stakeholders. Communicating outcomes of the project as required. Capturing lessons learned and facilitating knowledge transfers between HR project teams
  • Act as the subject matter expert of all HR related project management processes and ensure application of best practice, including new ways of working such as continuous improvement, lean and agile principles

What we ask for:
  • Experience of managing multiple milestone HR related projects
  • In depth knowledge of Project Management tools and techniques
  • Experience of developing structured ways of working and processes
  • Strong relationship management experience, evidence of building, establishing, and maintaining all stakeholder relationships
  • Proficient in using MS Office; intermediate or advanced Excel capability required
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively
  • Excellent questioning skills to establish project status, risks and issues and impacts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Detail-orientated
  • Experience of working effectively both independently and as part of a team
