Position Overview & Specifications

Red Bee Creative are strategically-led TV, media and entertainment brand specialists who take pride and joy in every step of the creative process. We move fast, listen hard, talk openly and understand deeply. Our core services fall into three categories – Brand Strategy, Brand Identity and Creative Campaigns.


About this opportunity

This role has been created to give support to the Group Creative Director and Executive Creative Director across all output of the business.
The Creative will be responsible for devising, creating and editing outstanding campaigns that include social, TV, print, and experiential work and also writing for identity projects.
The primary role is delivering consistently high quality on air, social and print executions. There is also the opportunity to direct.
Our Creative team spans a wide range of creative disciplines, from designers to directors, from programme makers to interactive designers, and the Creative will need to have a good collaborative working relationship with all disciplines.


What you will do

  • Respond to creative briefs with bold and fresh thinking.
  • Write creative, scripts, social copy and treatments.
  • Self-edit clip based trailers.
  • Direct voiceovers, designers and occasional shoots.
  • Communicate ideas to Creative Directors and clients.
  • Work closely with production to ensure a smooth process.
  • Respond quickly and constructively to feedback.
  • Meet deadlines and stay within budget constraints


You will bring

  • A minimum of 2 – 4 years experience in Broadcast or a Social/Digital Agency.
  • Experience of creating high profile work to deadlines.
  • Good editing ability – Avid and/or Premiere
  • Knowledge of briefing and understanding graphic design.
  • Experience of creating and delivering social video formats.
  • Ability to organise time and projects effectively.
  • Experience of directing shoots and/or self-shooting an advantage.
  • Knowledge of design/motion graphics software an advantage.
  • Keen interest in popular culture, social media and emerging trends.
  • Experience of working with broadcast/media clients, including awareness of broadcast design.
  • Understanding of what engages people on social media and the roles and production constraints of different content types (especially video) on social platforms.
  • A broad approach to communications and a keen interest in new, innovative forms of advertising and content.
  • Shown strength in idea generation, copy and script writing.
  • Excellent communication skills
