Counterbalance/Pivot or PPT - Forklift. / Warehouse Worker - Hitchin

Job role

Production warehouse operative 2 -10pm shift (temp to perm) moving on to a rotational basis within the next 3-6 months.

• Goods in (booking in deliveries and sampling goods) manually picking and moving up 25kg bag/boxes – Pivot steer truck licence required.
• Goods out (loading full pallets on to designated trailers) – PPT licence required.
• Picking sales orders (picking full pallets to prepare goods for loading) some manual lifting may be required – Pivot steer truck licence required.
• Manually Picking works order crate’s (up to 400bag requirement depending on duties) (bags lifters available) picking up to 25kg bags/boxes. – Pivot steer truck licence required
• Learning and understanding palletiser manual lifting may be required (machine operating) – Pivot steer truck licence required.
• Booking on pallets – PPT licence required
• Putting away stock – Pivot steer truck licence required
• Attention to detail is a must to control stock accuracy – manual lifting maybe required.
• Good housekeeping (clean as you go policy)

Pivot steer P1 (flexi VNA) or PPT A2 licences are a desirable, but if not then a knowledge of MHE work and full counterbalance licence.
