Following an extend period of growth within LKQ Euro Car Parts we are adding to our management structure across our entire Branch network. The role of Sales Team Leader will be to help drive the branch to achieve a great performance along with delivering great customer service and exceptional standards. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will work as part of the LKQ Euro Car Parts Management team, to deliver the organisation’s strategy and plan and ultimately ensure delivery on the customer promise.

Key Objectives

• Managing sales, resource, and customer service within the branch, including supervisory responsibilities to help deliver a great performance across key business measures and in line with our core values.
• Delivering high standards across our strategic pillars, to drive an exceptional performance.

People

• Ensuring all colleagues are treated fairly, with respect and dignity to maintain a kind and positive working environment.
• Ensuring the branch and colleagues are focused to always deliver a safety-first culture.
• Supporting with branch recruitment and inductions to ensure it is right first time and that we’re attracting future talent to the organisation.
• Ensuring great communication by delivering structured daily team briefs/meetings to ensure all colleagues understand their key objectives.

Customer

• Embedding our culture to promote and deliver on our customer promise, and ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do.

Operations

• Driving a customer first approach, ensuring the sales team are efficient and that correct controls and measures are in place to support getting the right part first time.
