Role: General Store Assistant
Pay: up to £10.42 per hour
Hours: Flexible shift patterns - weekends essential
(parttime positions available - 16 to 25 hours per week)

Evans Cash & Carry opened it's doors in Coventry, in December 2020 and very quickly established a reputation for providing the highest level of customer service to both retail and wholesale customers. Then in November 2022 we opened our doors to an even bigger store based in Erdington, Birmingham where we continue our growth..
We have big name brands at discount prices available at every turn, stocking food, drink, homeware, gardenware plus many more. We also offer a home delivery service that covers a 30 mile radius from all our stores.

The role…
This isn't a role to clock in and clock out, this role helps us run like clockwork.
Our Store Assistant's keep our cash and carry's running smoothly, carrying out general duties on the shop floor, replenishing stock, operating tills, picking orders and serving our very special customers.
Our Store assistants help us to maintain our high standards every day. You will take full responsibility of your duties on the shop floor and be an integral part of our logistical operation.
You will help assist customers and be the crucial difference in ensuring our cash and carry meets its targets by rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in.
It’s fast paced, and can be tough, but you’ll reap the rewards from putting in the hard work.

About you…
- Has attention to detail and a commitment to excellent customer service, follows procedures and receptive to instruction, but competently work on own initiative
- Previous experience working within a supermarket environment would be an advantage but not essential
- Prepared to give 100% to the role
