Role: Quality Control Inspector

Reporting to Quality Manager

Salary - £24000 to £30000

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the control of the quality for multiple different types of tooling. Whether that be simple countersinks to complex step tools, a keen eye for detail is what will separate you from the rest.

Applicants are required to be able to read engineering drawings and use various inspection tools, however training will be provided for candidates who can demonstrate the right attitude and ability to learn.

Tools used on daily bases

Micrometer

Vernier Caliper

Tool pre-setter (Zoller Smile/Parlec)

Laser Micrometer

Bench Centre (plunge/lever dial indicator)

Calibration gauges

Role to includes the following main duties

Pre-Inspection

Dimensional checks

Visual checks

Final Inspection

Dimensional checks

Zoller Genius

Walter Helicheck

Any other reasonable request from a member of the Management team.

The hours of work for the Quality Control Inspector are

Days: Monday – Thurs 7.30am-4.30pm, Friday finish at 12.30pm

Interviews will take place on a weekly basis.
