DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join Exclusive Networks. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing market intelligence and supporting earnings calls preparation. Reporting to the SVP Global Business Development & Ecosystems, you will be responsible for analysing complex data, generating meaningful insights, and delivering reports to facilitate strategic decision-making. As the Business Intelligence Analyst, you will:

• Analyse and convert large data sets into meaningful information, creating reports for internal and external stakeholders, including market intelligence and earnings call preparation.
• Evaluate data to determine the effectiveness of projects and initiatives.
• Provide insights and data-driven recommendations, to set strategy and future goals for the Group Strategic Alliances team, partners, and customers.
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews and C-Level meetings by providing comprehensive reports and analysis.
• Communicate and educate stakeholders on business intelligence tools, best practices, and market intelligence trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and incorporation of market intelligence and earnings call data.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, including market intelligence insights, to drive business growth and improve decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations, presenting information in a clear and impactful manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence practices, and earnings call preparation strategies to enhance business intelligence capabilities.
• Continuously improve and optimize data collection, analysis, and reporting processes, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Business Intelligence Analyst, will have:

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related quantitative role.
• A Strong mathematical and analytical background with the ability to understand complex data and resolve difficult problems.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• A Detail-oriented approach with proven multitasking skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong planning capabilities to develop effective strategies and future goals.
• Excellent Excel knowledge with the ability to analyse and manipulate data.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerBI is a plus.
• Fluent written and oral English language skills.
