BAR STAFF/ WAITING STAFF/ SUPERVISORS

We are a busy community pub & restaurant just on the outskirts of Bedale. We have fantastic local real ales, seasonal food and lots of events coming up this year.

This means we are looking to expand our fantastic team!

Whilst some hospitality and bar experience is preferred, a passion for cask, craft ales, cocktails, customer experience, energy and enthusiasm is much more important to us. So if you’ve got the skills and the passion, and this sounds like the job for you, we look forward to hearing from you!

The successful candidate will be required to take orders and serve customers in an efficient and timely manner, prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, select the appropriate glassware and garnishes as well as clean and organise the bar area.

Responsibilities:

• Take accurate orders from customers.
• Learn to make drinks according to customers' preferences.
• Have knowledge of the menu and be able to recommend appropriate menu items.
• Keep an eye on the drinks being made in order to ensure quality control.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly manner.
• Be able to cope with stressful situations.

The hours available will depend on which role you wish to apply for. We have both full time and part time roles available. We always pay above minimum wage and dependent on age and experience.

16+ and over please.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £7.00-£11.50 per hour
