Asian sweet baker

Position: Baker

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to operate a bakery equipment such as a mixer, stand mixer, dough hook, mixer attachments, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Food safety certification is required, will provide training

Responsibilities:

• Bake bread, pizza and other items on the specified menu items using the ingredients and equipment provided. Set up and clean up the baking area. Clean equipment used in the process.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area. Clean equipment used in the process. Discard all waste from production areas.
• Perform opening and closing duties of the bakery. Ensure that opening and closing procedures are followed consistently throughout each shift.
• Assist other employees as needed.
