An exciting position has become available at Failsworth Fitness 24-7,due to company expansion. We are seeking to employ an Assistant Gym Manager. The selected candidate will be in charge of a small team and asist with for the day to day running's of the club. This is a unique position within an independent gym with the potential for personal growth with a very competitive salary and uncapped earning potential through on target earnings.

Failsworth Fitness 24-7 is a busy 700 member club, which has established itself as a leading operator in the local area.
Job responsibilities:
- Day to day operations of the gym and fitness centre including opening and close down procedures.
- Reporting membership and sales totals to senior management
- Ensuring our members have a first class experience every visit.
- Responsible for meeting new membership targets
- Responsible for individual personal training targets
- Staff training, development & Rotas
- Gym cleanliness
- Assist with Health & safety and HR
- Help with Member retention
This is a position where you will need to lead from the front with daily interaction with members and constantly looking to improve the members experience in club. This is not an office based role though some admin is essential.
You will need a good eye for detail when inspecting the club and keeping the facility at a top standard.
Essential qualifications and experience: Level 2 Gym Instructor.
Salary: £20,500 basic per annum + bonus, free gym membership. Please apply if you believe you are suitable for this role.
