The Role

You will contribute to the development, implementation, and optimisation of our marketing efforts for three
International Franchise brands which include Pizza Express, Las Iguanas and Wagamama plus one independent Cafe outlet. You will promote our company’s brands and products through different media channels, You will need to develop effective marketing and digital marketing strategies to achieve our company's goals and objectives in addition to liaising with both Franchisor Marketing Teams and Restaurant
General Managers in order to plan and execute new campaigns, menus and all associated marketing collateral.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist in the formulation of strategies to grow brand awareness.
• Plan, monitor and enhance the brand presence on social media including Google, Meta Business Suite,

Trip Advisor, Instagram and TikTok. This includes scheduled posts, responding to online reviews and direct customer communication.

• Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
• Actively drive SEO through keyword, image optimisation etc.
• Prepare promotional emails through various channels
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and updating websites, including the Ocean Village marina websites.
• Measure performance and report on digital marketing efforts using Web analytics tools
• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date
• You will be responsible for overseeing the design and execution of menus, A-boards, Signage Food photography, digital marketing imagery, posters and all other marketing collateral.
• You will be responsible for planning and executing online and offline campaigns for all outlets

What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role

• Good English communication skills and Spanish also desirable
• 2+ years' experience in digital marketing
• Proven experience as Marketing and Digital Marketing Executive
• Good understanding of the principles of Brand Management
• Time Management and Planning skills
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns and SEO
• Experience in PPC and programmatic advertising
• Good knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Skills and experience in creative content writing
• Basic Graphic Design skills desirable
• Video Editing skills an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Food & Beverage Industry desirable.
• Proven experience of Event Management would be desirable but not essential.
